Who is Parkour for?
Girl or boy. Old or young. Fit or deciding to get fit. Parkour can be for anyone!
We offer classes for ages 6 - 99. No experience necessary!
What's included in the trial package?
The Trial month is the absolute best way to try out a new sport like Parkour.
Trial Packs Include:

What are your classes like?
Our classes take place in exciting, purpose built Parkour facilities and follow a structured curriculum, much like a martial art, with 8 levels.
Our curriculum is designed to keep people of any fitness level moving forward in a safe, progressive, and fun way!
What should I wear?
We recommend you wear comfortable athletic-style clothing that allows you to move freely. Clean indoor footwear is also recommended, but it's perfectly fine to train barefoot as well.
It's also best to remove loose fitting and/or sharp jewelry before participating.
What is "Open Gym"?
Although classes are crucial, it's also important to practice what you've learned. Open Gym is monitored but unsupervised use of our facility, whenever we're open, to practice with your peers, and perhaps even get a few pointers from higher level athletes.
Classes are where you learn, but community is built during open gym!
Is Parkour safe?
Absolutely! In fact, Parkour has a much lower rate of injury than more common sports such as hockey and gymnastics.
Like anything in life, if abused and treated without respect, there can be dangers. We recommend that everyone start with classes to ensure they learn proper, safe techniques, while getting dedicated supervision.
